Your are registering for our ProAm Events WAIT LIST. We regret that certain select events are SOLD OUT, but we are pleased to offer this wait list.

Registration on this WAIT LIST does bot guarantee a place in your chosen ProAm.

A ProAm team member will contact you personally to complete your registration if a team place becomes available.

NOTE: You may register your team separately or together using this form.
If you register separately, each team member will have to visit this page to register. If you register as team, one member may register everyone. Fill in every required field.

Each team member will get a confirmation email.
All correspondence will reference your team name.

Payment will be after your team is registered.
Please NOTE that if you are notified that a place has become available, you will have 48 hours to register your team and make your initial deposit. If you do not complete your registration within 48 hours, we will be forced to invite the next team on our Wait List to join us.

Your team will Not be registered until all team members have registered and your initial deposit is paid.
